I personally have not, but I know other people that have. I also know people who almost married someone with bipolar, but luckily she realized early enough that he was not getting better because he refused to go to treatment. Living with someone that has bipolar in such a close relationship can be very difficult. I would highly suggest some type of counseling or relationship coaching PRIOR to getting married. if you still decide that getting married is the best option, I highly recommend that you keep up with the coaching/counseling, whichever one you choose. It can be very difficult to deal with the constant cyclic manic/depressive behavior, and you may find yourself responsible for taking care of most of the family affairs (kids, finances, work, etc).
