bipolar mixed symptoms
In bipolar disorder, what is a mixed state? Have you ever had one?
I have bipolar disorder and my psychiatrist says that I have mixed states. I've read some of the symptoms, but I still don't fully understand it. Maybe you know of some symptoms that I haven't read about. I would love it if you could describe some of your own experiences with this.
Manic & depressive symptoms at same time. However, the mania doesn't involve elation. I have rapid, pressured speech & can't stop talking, am irritable, anxious, paranoid, sad, angry, no energy, fussy, want to be alone & stay at home. Pacing, crying, high level of anxiety & frustration, pajamas all day, no make-up, sighing, can't think straight or concentrate, difficulty doing anything productive at all. Good luck.
