I feel sicker than anyone human being and my doc said I'm NOT a hypochondriac?

I'm beginning to think it's Primary Immune Deficiency.
I have more ear/nose/throat/lung issues and cough like I'm dying. I'm headed to the lung doc this week.

I have already been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Then I hurt my arm but can't get well. The doc said it's NOT the FM. I'm beginning to think it's RSD.(Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy).

Then I hear and see things and had a psychologist say I could be bipolar. They will test me when I get better from everything else.

I guess what I'm asking is why would my
central nervous system,
my symapthetic nervous system,
my immune system,
and my mind
all "GO" on me?

Oh, I'm also insulin resistant and think I could have polycystic ovaries. Those two kind of run together.

Please enlighten me on why I'm HAYWIRED.

Well, I am not sure that all of those things signal that your systems are 'going' on you. Each of them may be separate and some are connected. Like the insulin resistant thing...that is something you can control through diet and exercise. Therefore, if you get things on track, you will no longer have to deal with that. The polycystic ovaries tend to go with the insulin resistance and can be managed in the same way as the resistance. Not entirely, as they sometime continue even after you get your blood sugar under control, but it is worth a shot. Additionally, there is not a test for bipolar disorder. It is diagnosed over long-term observation and documentation of behaviors. There is nothing that will tell you definitively that you have that condition. Having an immune deficency is similar to just saying that your body does not have the abilities to fight off viruses that some other people have. This can be because it has been introduced to too many antibiotics or just because the system was weak to begin with. Surely all these things can be wrong, but looking at it as though your body is failing is a pessimistic view. Everyone has a few things that are not great, and they just deal with them and move on. We are not perfect beings!
