emotional bipolar
emotional cruelty of a spouse in case of green card petitioning?

In immigration cases where a female US spouse is sponsoring her overseas husband but the marriage isn't working due to the fact that the wife has turned out a raging bipolar with varying mood swings, can the overseas husband apply for removing the conditions on his conditional green card by himself if the wife files for a divorce unilaterally? I am talking about filing independently of the US spouse on the premise of emotional cruelty due to her mental instability and semi-medicated state - due to which the marriage has unraveled for reasons beyond the control of the overseas husband..... Please help!

it's possible, but it would be a particularly good idea to consult a good immigration attorney first.

Reviews as Follows: from California: "I started using this product about 5 yr ago. I had heard that it was good for nerves, especially in people with bi-polar tendencies. However, I bought it for a colon condition (ulcerative colitis). After about 6 mohths of taking it, I really started to notice that I was calmly able to do things that would have stressed me out before... Not sure how much good it ever did for the colon issue, but it has dramatically improved my emotional quality of life. Dr. told me my good cholesterol was really high; I believe that was from this product. I tried other brands of fish oil and they all gave me fishy burps; this does not. Jarrow brand delivers more DHA for your money than any other brand. I don't think you can find a better brand of fish oil..." From California: "I've used Max DHA for several years and find it to be a very consistent product and never fishy smelling. The brain is 40% DHA so I make sure I get plenty." From New York: "I've been taking this for about eight months. It's the only fish oil I can tolerate. It's improved my mood, skin, and my joint pain is gone..." From Pennsylvania: "This is my favorite fish oil. It doesn't cause digestive problems, helps with memory, thinking, aches & pains. Even helps to ease migraine pain if taken soon after the headache starts. I discovered this by accident and now I wouldn't be without it."

How to Become Smarter How to Become Smarter
List Price: $9.98

This book describes techniques for improving mental abilities and some of the things that this book can help you to achieve include: • Depending on circumstances, use different lifestyles that improve one or another mental function.• Experience euphoria without drugs and come up with new ideas, when needed.• Slow down and prevent yourself from making rash, impulsive decisions, when necessary.• Sharpen your wit, become more talkative, and entertain people.• When necessary, lower your mood and increase emotional tension, which can help to reduce procrastination.• Increase your score on intelligence tests or on general aptitude tests.• Concentrate on reading and writing for many hours daily.• Increase your grade point average if you are a student or improve your job productivity if you are a knowledge worker.• Get along with people and live without arguments and conflicts. The proposed methods are brief cooling or heating of the body (hydrotherapy) and three different “smart diets,” each suitable for a different type of tasks. The text also describes a “depressant diet,” which is not a smart diet, but can help to slow down and improve self-control and sleep. The strict diets do not have to be used on a permanent basis and the conventional food pyramid is recommended most of the time. Several useful social skills and studying/writing techniques are also discussed. Most authors in this field will tell you that you should read more books, solve mental puzzles, buy their nutritional supplements, sleep well, exercise, etc., in order to get smarter. In contrast, this book is proposing moderately cold hydrotherapy and a smart diet (which involves avoiding all dietary supplements). To give you another example, most books on anger management are saying that you should try to change your thinking in order to overcome anger, while this book is suggesting hot hydrotherapy and exclusion of certain foods from your diet. The main focus of discussion in this text is on changing the biological workings of the brain, not on pop psychology. Particularly, the book describes various combinations of diets and hydrotherapy that have the following effects: sedative/sleep-promoting, stimulant/wakefulness-promoting, attention-enhancing, antianxiety, antidepressant, mood-stabilizing (mood-lowering), and euphoriant. Additionally, existing scientific evidence of pain-reducing, fever-reducing, anti-fatigue, immunostimulatory, anti-nausea, and anti-inflammatory effects of hydrotherapy is also presented.Despite its technical content, the book is written in an accessible language and there is an informative summary for each chapter and a list of key points at the end of each section. Most of the claims in the bulleted list above are supported by theoretical evidence and the author's personal experience (a healthy subject). About one half of these claims are directly supported by previously published scientific studies, including the claim about intelligence tests. The author’s academic transcripts and test scores have been documented and can be verified independently.
