I'm not sure, but try fastweb.com and the sites of the colleges you want to go to (see if they offer scholarships). Even if there are no scholarships for students with bipolar, you can still write about your experiences with it for a scholarship. Scholarship questions are usually open-ended and general so it shouldn't be too hard to find one that you can write for. For example, one of the scholarships I found was "What was the worst day of your life?" Hope this helps!!
